Hi, I’m Sharna.
I created The Born Worthy Project because I know what it feels like to doubt your value, to question your voice, and to wonder if you’re ever enough. For years, I carried the weight of self-doubt, people-pleasing, and perfectionism—wearing masks just to fit in.
But deep down, I always knew: I was made for more.
And so are you.
This project was born from a fire inside me—to rise, and to bring others with me. It’s a movement. A message. A mission to remind women everywhere that you were never broken, never too much, never not enough.
You were born worthy.
Through my background in emotional healing, metaphysical work, and empowerment coaching, I’ve helped women reclaim their self-worth, rewrite their inner stories, and rise into their own powerful truth. This space brings it all together: a community, a resource hub, a home for healing.

That’s why I created The Born Worthy Project, a hub that offers products that inspire, motivate, and celebrate women. And from our Group Membership to our Podcast and YouTube channel, The Born Worthy Project has a place for everyone and is designed to help you rise.
At its heart, this project isn’t just about personal growth—it’s about collective change. The Born Worthy Project is also a socially-driven movement that gives back. A portion of all proceeds supports charities and initiatives that uplift women and children in need. Because when one of us rises, we all rise—and every woman and child deserves the chance to know their worth.

Together, the bouquet becomes a force of beauty, strength, and solidarity—an emblem of what we can create when we lift one another up. The phoenix, rising from the ashes, reflects the soul of our movement: transformation, rebirth, and resilience. It reminds us that no matter what we've faced, we are always capable of rising again—stronger, freer, and more aligned with who we truly are. Together, the flower and the phoenix represent our shared power to grow and rise—not just for ourselves, but for each other and the world.
